Hotel Operations Leader — Guest Experience & Profitability

Rupert R. Amy seeks a General Manager to oversee Hyatt Place Bayamón’s operations in a full-time, on-site capacity. Lead front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to sustain guest satisfaction and brand standards.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive revenue and cost controls while upholding safety, vendor relations, and community engagement. Fluent English and Spanish required.
