EZME is a new coastal Mediterranean restaurant from the award-winning Bardea Restaurant Group, opening on Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware.

With an intimate 50-seat dining room and an 8-seat bar, EZME is designed to deliver a refined yet energetic dining experience centered around bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality.

We are building a passionate opening team that thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Position: Host

EZME is looking for warm, organized, and personable Hosts to be the first point of contact for our guests.

This role is essential in setting the tone for the entire dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and seating flow efficiently
• Communicate effectively with servers and management
• Maintain a polished and welcoming entrance area

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable preferred, but not required)
