We are searching for a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join our collaborative team that empowers patients and delivers outstanding care.

About your role

Your responsibilities include providing holistic, compassionate care to inpatients and their families, collaborating with physicians, APPs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals, and facilitating a continuum of care from admission through discharge. You will manage a patient load that allows you to focus on patient health care.

• Robbinsdale Hospital – 25 years as a Level 1 Trauma Center, 20 operating room suites, 353‑bed tertiary facility (518 licensed beds).
• Maple Grove Hospital – Level IV Trauma Center, 138‑bed community acute‑care hospital, recognized as a top hospital for Women and Children Care, Level III NICU, and largest family birth center in the state (≈5,000 deliveries per year).
• Both hospitals have growing hospitalist groups with internal leadership councils.

Schedule details

This is a casual part‑time position. We will work together to schedule shifts that meet department needs and your availability, which may include day, weekend, and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified by an ABMS‑approved specialty.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School.
• Completion of advanced graduate medical education in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with board eligibility or certification.
• Current State of Minnesota Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license.
• Valid DEA registration.

Benefits and Compensation

Hourly rate: $200 – $212.35 (varies by FTE, experience, internal equity, and market data). Non‑exempt FLSA status. No benefit eligibility.
