Our team values excellent customer service, timely response, accurate dispatch and paging, and courteous processing of calls. We receive, and route calls for our patients, their families, and staff.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer all incoming calls into the main telephone numbers for the medical centersTransfer external and internal callsProvide visitor information and general customer service receptionReceive and dispatch all emergency communication calls to include trauma codes, code blue, and other medical emergenciesPaging services for patients, staff, and medical providersMonitor and respond to alarmsRequirementsHigh School Diploma, or GED Certificate; AND one year of experience as a Telephone Communications Operator, or equivalent.
