Description
This position involves traveling to see patients in the Portland Metro area.
The Hospice Nurse, under physician direction, completes medical requirements while coordinating a whole person plan of care. The role is responsible for providing both direct and indirect quality care to patients of all ages, tailored to their individual needs, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The position also emphasizes ongoing professional development, collaboration with the healthcare team, and upholding standards of confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality.

Required Qualifications
- Education meeting certification, license, or registration requirements.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- At least 2 years of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting, or a combination of medical/surgical, long-term care, home health, or hospice experience.
- Experience with electronic medical record software.

The base pay range for this role is $50.21 - $70.04 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, and bonuses.
