Hospice RN: Night Shift, 0.8 FTE, Impactful Care

Housecall Providers in Oregon is hiring a Hospice RN for an 0.8 FTE night shift position. The RN will deliver professional nursing services to hospice patients per the plan of care, perform initial and ongoing assessments, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
