Hospice Medical Director - Lead Patient Care & After-Hours

Angels Care Hospice is seeking a Hospice Medical Director to organize and assume overall responsibility for the medical component of the hospice patient care program. This role provides clinical leadership, ensures compliance, and collaborates with IDG and attending physicians.

You will certify admissions, oversee plan of care, coordinate after-hours medical coverage, review protocols, and support staff on pain and symptom management.
