Position Overview
Become a Hospice & Palliative Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) at North Memorial Health. This role primarily supports our inpatient Palliative Care services at the hospitals while providing support to Hospice and outpatient services.
Responsibilities
- Support inpatient Palliative Care services at North Memorial hospitals.
- Provide care and coordination for Hospice and outpatient services.
Position Qualifications
- Physician Assistant : Current Minnesota licensure as a Physician Assistant through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice; certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA); valid DEA registration.
- Nurse Practitioner : Current licensure as an RN in the State of Minnesota; current registration as a nurse practitioner with the Minnesota Board of Nursing; valid DEA registration.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: None - $132,000-138,240 (full‑time base compensation). Salary will vary based on FTE, experience, internal equity, and external market data.
Benefit Eligibility: Health insurance benefits are available for this position. North Memorial Health offers multiple health plans based on work group eligibility.
Work Schedule & Eligibility
Hours per two‑week pay period: 80; Shift: days, 8 hours; Weekend requirement: none; Call requirement: Off‑premise call; Remote or On‑site: On‑site; FLSA status: Exempt.
Employment Sponsorship: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
