About the Role

Responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients requiring expert judgment, based on knowledge of nursing sciences, humanities, and the nursing process in both wellness and illness care. Models exemplary behavior aligned with MLH Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN)

Experience and Certifications

• No prior work experience required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Active RN licenses in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical skills for complex patient assessments and care planning.
• Ability to synthesize information and develop comprehensive responses.
• Proficiency in applying technical nursing principles and concepts.

Physical Demands

• Physical activities include climbing, standing, walking, reaching, and handling objects.
• Must have good balance, coordination, and visual acuity.
• Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally.
• Frequent patient contact and exposure to body fluids and hazardous materials.
