Implementation Experience CriticalDrives implementation goals, timelines & scopingDevelops project plan and updates as needed based on project timeline.Coordinates team activities leading to a successful go live/implementation.Leads large implementation team with overall responsibility.Ensures team tasks are completed on time and in line with the project plan.Responsible for delivering to SOW and bringing change orders forward for new functionality.Background in ambulatory / population health would be preferred.
