Heavy Civil Skilled Laborer

Skilled LaborerWe are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power toolsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentPerform skilled labor tasks in support of grading, earthwork, utilities, concrete, and structure crewsAssist with layout, measurements, and elevation control using basic survey toolsExecute hand grading, trimming, and fine detail work around structures, utilities, and finished surfacesSupport concrete operations including form setting, reinforcing placement, pours, and finishing prepFollow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipmentCollaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project successDrive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practicesOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentFinishing knowledge is a plusExperience in construction or related industry preferredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditionsBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to follow directions and work independently or as part of a teamEqual opportunity employer/protected veterans/individuals with disabilities.
