Now Hiring: Health Care Associate AttorneyA nationally recognized law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join its Health Care Alignment & Organization Practice Group.Locations: Open to multiple offices, with preference for St. Louis, Nashville, Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, and DallasAbout the RoleThis position focuses on supporting healthcare clients with regulatory and compliance matters within complex transactions. You'll work alongside a collaborative national team on high-impact deals across the health care sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitionsAnalyze regulatory issues (Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, licensing, reimbursement, etc.)Coordinate regulatory filings and notificationsConduct legal due diligence and draft reportsAssist with purchase agreements and transaction documentsAdvise on compliance risks and mitigation strategiesStay current with evolving health care regulationsDrive best practices for regulatory processes in transactionsQualifications3–5 years of experience in health care transactionsStrong knowledge of health care regulatory frameworksLaw firm or similar experience preferredExcellent writing, communication, and analytical skillsJD and active bar admission requiredBonus Experience: Home health, hospice, behavioral health, physician practice management, hospitals, or health systemsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $240,000 – $420,000 (based on experience)Discretionary performance bonusComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability401(k) and paid time off
