This isn’t a role where you step into something already built, this is about creating it.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Build and lead a brand-new function from the ground up
- Drive initiatives to close the gender gap in technology
- Partner with our enterprise customers across North America to support women achieving senior roles
- Make a tangible impact on diversity and inclusion in the industry
What we’re looking for:
- Experience building teams, functions, or programs from scratch
- Strong track record of driving strategic initiatives in technology or diversity-focused roles
- Exceptional vision, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for empowering women in technology and advancing representation in leadership
Based in Miami (we are open to relocators from the UK)
