Candidates Must Have:
- 3+ years of production experience within automotive, electric vehicle (EV), small passenger vehicle, ATV, or UTV manufacturing environments
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Proven experience leading production teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience managing production KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Ability to lead cross-functional operations across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
