The Little Gym of Columbia City is seeking a Head of Sales & Hospitality to drive enrollment and deliver a five-star guest experience. You will lead inquiry-to-enrollment activities, tours, and follow-ups, ensuring families feel welcomed and valued from first contact to enrollment.

As the heartbeat of member experience, you will balance sales targets with warm hospitality, guiding families to become enrolled members while coordinating with coaches and leadership for a seamless gym journey.
