Head of Inbound Sales Performance

Wing Assistant in the United States seeks a Head of Sales Performance to build and own the inbound sales engine from first touch to close. This is a builder's role: you’ll create tools, sequences, collateral, coaching systems, and standards that lift every rep’s performance and lead by example.
