Ideal Background:-
? 10+ years in construction or low-voltage or physical security or electrical, or specialty contracting.
? Experience leading multiple Project Managers, Superintendents, or Field Managers (not just field crews).
? Multi-project or portfolio management across multiple locations or states.
? Experience building operational processes.
? Strong customer-facing experience managing escalations and executive relationships.
? Experience managing subcontractors and improving field execution.
? Scheduling, forecasting, and operational ownership.
