Successfully led at least one water or wastewater treatment plant upgrade/expansion project valued at $50M+ Project completed within the last 10 years, or currently under construction and at least 50% complete Strong background in treatment plant construction, upgrades, and municipal infrastructure Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, owners, and project teams
