Head of Design for AI Finance Platform

BOB is hiring its first design leader to own how Bob looks, feels, and works. You will be a hands-on designer who talks to users, shapes the product, builds prototypes, and ships alongside engineering.

You’ll create a high-trust, intuitive experience that handles complex financial work without feeling like accounting software—powerful, autonomous, and trustworthy. Miami-based, in-person office.
