Head of Cost Engineering & Estimating

Sound Transit seeks a senior cost engineering leader to direct the SERVE division’s cost estimating, monitoring and reporting for the agency's capital program.

You will supervise staff and consultants, set standards for cost engineering, and coordinate with schedule, risk, and design teams to deliver accurate budgets, baselines, and controls across major projects. This role requires strategic leadership and strong collaboration with executive leadership.
