Head of AI-Driven Sales Strategy & Operations

Engine is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations, Sales to partner with the VP of Global Sales and shape how a ~150-person team executes. This hands-on leadership role blends data, AI, and process design to unlock productivity as the sales motion scales toward 250+ by FY27.

You’ll hire two to four analysts, own segmentation, capacity modeling, and the end-to-end cadence, and work with GTM Finance, Revenue Enablement, and GTM Systems to translate strategy into practice.
