Head Estimator – Water Infrastructure (Design‑Build)

Jacobs is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead cost estimation for Design-Build water and wastewater projects across the United States. You will oversee all estimating functions, ensuring consistency, reliability, and alignment with project objectives with project teams and leadership.

This role requires 15+ years in estimating for water/wastewater or heavy civil infrastructure, extensive Design-Build experience, and credentials such as PE or CCM are preferred.
