Prime Data Centers is seeking a Regional Training Engineer to design and deliver hands-on training across the region's hyperscale data centers. You will translate curriculum into on-site instruction, classroom sessions, and on-the-job proficiency, working directly with technicians on the shop floor and in classrooms.
You’ll onboard new hires, certify site staff to MOP/SOP/EOP standards, track certifications in the LMS, and provide field feedback to continuously improve the program.
