Please include 2 video samples in your application.Application Link: DescriptionHaley Stevens for Michigan is seeking a Video Producer to join our growing digital department working to elect Congresswoman Stevens to the Senate in 2026. This role will have a specific focus on developing video concepts, producing, and editing footage to reinforce key campaign messaging priorities.

Ideal candidates for this role will bring a strong creative perspective with a demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories.The Video Producer's duties will include:Identify and conceptualize ideas for video content that reinforces the campaign's core messagingScript, produce, and edit video content, including long format videos for Youtube and Facebook, short format videos for TikTok, X, and Instagram Reels, as well as rapid response video.Help produce video and graphic assets for other departments as needed.Traveling and staffing events as neededRegularly analyze social media metrics, reporting on what's working and making strategic recommendations on where to improve.Other duties within and outside of the digital departmentQualified candidates will have:Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and other leading video editing software.Ability to manage multiple projects independently.Access to a dedicated computer for editingExperience working on a digital program for a political campaign, organization, or non-profit a plusDetail oriented and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours (nights and weekends).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience developing content for emerging platforms such as TikTok and Reels.To Apply: Fill out the google form linked here.
