Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Front Office for Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star. This role will oversee the Front Desk and Ideal Services teams to maximize front office efficiency while balancing the needs of guests, owners and associates.
You will report to Resort Leadership and work closely with Housekeeping, Finance and Sales. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, training, and leading daily standups and meetings to ensure superb guest service.
