We're seeking a Group Leader to support a major manufacturing operation during an exciting production launch. This role offers the opportunity to lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and make a direct impact on safety, quality, and productivity.
What You'll Do
? Lead and supervise 10-30 hourly production employees
? Drive safety, quality, and production performance
? Manage daily manufacturing operations and workforce planning
? Support production launch activities
? Coach, develop, and mentor team members
? Conduct audits and ensure adherence to standardized work processes
? Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and operations teams
? Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience:
- Manufacturing leadership, Group Leader, Production Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor experience
- Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong safety and quality management background
- Production planning and problem-solving experience
- Workforce management and employee development experience
