Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements.Job DescriptionIDS is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer – Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support creative design initiatives across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves producing high-quality visual content, collaborating with creative teams, and contributing to the development of engaging design solutions aligned with client and brand objectives.Key DutiesDesigns and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaignsParticipates in brainstorming sessions and contributes to idea generationAssists with research, mood boarding, concept development, and execution of design workProduces creative deliverables aligned with strategic direction and user/client needsCommunicates design decisions clearly with project teamsStays current with design trends, tools, and technologiesParticipates in customer discovery sessions and takes notes as neededOrganizes and maintains design files with correct structure, naming conventions, and storage proceduresMaintains accountability for timelines and deliverablesContributes to team culture and collaboration within ADGPerforms other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field OR Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experienceMinimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)Portfolio requiredActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly requiredCompensation$90,000k - $110,000kBenefitsEmployee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
