Remitly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for TA Operations & Systems on a 6-month contract.
You will own the ATS/CRM stack (Workday, GoodTime, Gem) and AI tooling (Claude), driving day-to-day operational programs that keep our global TA team running smoothly. You will pilot and implement new TA tools, standardize recruiting workflows, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations to turn data into decisive actions.
