Global Head of People Operations

Verkada is seeking a forward-thinking and operationally strong leader to head all aspects of the employee lifecycle and People service delivery.

This role focuses on building scalable processes to support a growing, high-performing workforce and will move from functional leadership into enterprise impact. On-site at our San Mateo, CA office five days a week, you will partner across Legal, Finance, Security, IT and more to align people programs with business goals.
