Opportunity Highlights:

• Uncapped Income Potential : Earn an average of $20,000 monthly for only 6 days of work. Income depends on amount of days/month worked.

• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus : Paid upon start.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Work 6-10+ days/month planned in advance.

• Surgical Care : Perform outpatient Urology surgery appropriate for a critical access hospital setting.

• Clinic Operations : Conduct pre-operative assessments, post-operative care, and follow-up evaluations in the clinic.

Qualifications:

• Education & Board : MD or DO with board certification in Urology.

• Training & Experience : Fellowship training or significant experience in Urology surgery with experience in outpatient procedures suitable for a critical access hospital.

• Setting Adaptability : Comfortable practicing in a rural setting with limited on-site specialty resources.

• Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
