Description
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities and teams; managing 3-4 project teams concurrently
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to site personnel and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status.
- Ensure effective communication between all project participants.
Profile
- 10-15 years experience in prior Superintendent role(s)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Internal/external management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with project management tools and software.
