Job Description

Responsible for all results in assigned stores
nInsuring food, labor and service goals are within goal
nP&L review with direct supervisor Each Month
nMinimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
nInsuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards
nInsure all stores are staffed and training of all team members
nRepair and maintenance in all stores is maintained
nFor insuring all new products or ideas are implemented seamlessly
nInsuring all stores run at a minimum 4 star level
nSelf OER’s are performed 1st week of each period and that appropriate corrections are made
nEvaluations and raises are completed as needed and paperwork and D.O. notified
nFollow through of all assignments as well as insuring all reports and paperwork is turned in timely
nThat all reports and paperwork at the store level is complete and accurate
nKnowing of all product and operational standards
nAll safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order
nStore Budgets Maintained
nAll school lunches are prepared and delivered within standards needed by school
nProvide accurate and detailed accountability and insure paper trail exists
nAll equipment is available and utilized correctly
nInventory checks performed on each store each month
nSystems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
