Our preferred candidate would be someone with at least 2-3 years as a General Manager in a high-volume refined dining restaurant. We are searching for the right person to actively embody, inspire, and elevate the values of Platinum Dining Group!A Platinum Dining Group general manager is responsible for overseeing all of the restaurant's operations, which includes (but not limited to) hiring staff, purchasing food & beverage, supplies and equipment, and working with suppliers and vendors. The GM ensures the standards and reputation of the brand while enhancing guest satisfaction. He/she will create a positive atmosphere and restaurant for our guests and staff. He/she will support the daily operations including (but not limited to) opening and closing procedures, guest and employee relations, service, and menu Q&A, overseeing all managers and chefs.
