General Manager Sales
Location: Jharsuguda, Orissa
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus, Quarterly bonus, Yearly bonus

Travel Arrangements: Must be able to commute to Jharsuguda or plan to relocate before starting.
Job Responsibilities
- Allocate budget resources and formulate policies
- Coordinate business operations and monitor staff performance
- Motivate team to achieve sales targets
- Manage operational costs and ensure good customer service
- Improve administration processes
- Handle hiring and training processes
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in an automobile dealership
- Graduate degree or BBA/MBA preferred
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
