Overview

The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader. This position is key to the success of an individual restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize profits, satisfy guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales goals and profitability.
• Manage employee performance, training, and development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years management experience
• High school education
• Quick Service Restaurant experience required
• Valid Driver's License
