General Manager (GM) LaMar's Donuts and Coffee Kansas City, MOLaMar's Donuts and Coffee is a fast luxe hospitality brand built on heritage craftsmanship and modern execution. We produce made from scratch gourmet artisan donuts, handcrafted espresso beverages, and premium coffee and tea programs across all dayparts. As we scale across Missouri and nationally, we are seeking high performance leaders who lead from the front.Position SummaryThe General Manager (GM) is the senior on site executive leader responsible for total store performance, financial results, team culture, brand execution, and strict adherence to company SOPs and KPIs.
