General ManagerRETS Associates has been retained by our client, a leading global commercial real estate advisory and services firm, to recruit a General Manager to oversee 740K SF Class A office portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for maximizing asset performance while delivering exceptional tenant service, financial results, and operational excellence.Key responsibilities include:Oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.Develop and manage annual operating budgets, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and forecasting.Lead, mentor, and develop on-site property management teams.Build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations to enhance asset value.Manage vendor contracts, capital projects, maintenance programs, and life safety compliance.Collaborate with leasing, construction, accounting, and ownership teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree8+ years of commercial property management experience, including oversight of multiple assets and direct reports.Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting.Knowledge of leasing, construction management, and property operations.CPM, RPA, or CCIM designation preferred.Real estate license.This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected industry leader and oversee a high-profile commercial real estate portfolio while working closely with ownership and executive leadership.
