You will be responsible for the overall performance, operations, and profitability of the store. The role includes hiring, training, scheduling, cost and inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining customer relationships while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellence in sales, service, quality, and safety
• Hire, train, and develop staff; develop work plans, schedules, and performance standards
• Control costs, monitor inventory, and track financial performance to meet profit objectives
• Maintain accurate cash control and inventory records; prepare reports for corporate management
• Handle customer complaints and support service excellence initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and local regulations
• Prepare and edit labor and inventory reports for management approvals
• Provide operational support to the district manager and other corporate functions as required
• Implement and maintain effective team communication systems, training, and coaching techniques

Job Duties

• Operate all store equipment and manage all aspects of the production line
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product and store ingredients accurately for daily production use
• Receive and process telephone orders, ensuring correct documentation of sales and refunds
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete all associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Coordinate training, orientation, and ongoing employee development programs
• Maintain strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate accurate order processing and customer service
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen, ensuring speed and accuracy
• Perform calculations and provide change accurately; make correct monetary changes at all times

Work Conditions and Physical Demands

• Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, and dust (cornmeal, dough)
• Manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy or hot items
• Requires standing, walking, and moving around the store for extended periods
• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and crouching to perform daily tasks
• Potential exposure to adverse weather when outdoors for deliveries, if required
• Equipment and tools used include ovens, dough mixers, pizza peels, cutting tools, and mobile devices

Additional Job Details (Delivery / Driver Functions)

• Deliver products by car to customer locations, meeting safety and quality standards
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; vehicle must be insured
• Navigate diverse delivery environments, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain
• Carry, load, and unload pizza, sides, and beverages while driving and walking to customers
• Drive within a designated delivery area, completing multiple deliveries per shift
• Maintain awareness of safety regulations and company policies during all customer interactions
