Practice Overview
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
- Strong support staff including hygienists and dental assistants
- Team-based care with integrated medical and behavioral health services
- Opportunities to mentor AEGD residents and help shape future providers
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling options available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care across a wide range of procedures
- Perform surgical extractions, endodontics, and restorative treatments
- Mentor dental staff and contribute to a collaborative care model
- Participate in clinical teaching through the AEGD residency program
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Louisiana license and DEA
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong commitment to serving vulnerable communities
- Comfortable with full-scope general dentistry
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $150K–$175K depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus potential (approx. $15K annually)
