Admitted in good standing to a state bar as a practicing attorney.
Minimum 7 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in‑house counsel or government agency.
Experience counseling and providing advice to clients.
Strong working knowledge of international and commercial contracting regimes. Knowledge of U.S. government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities
Provide legal support to key business leaders, program managers, contracting, subcontracting (sourcing), engineering, and other program personnel to successfully win new business and execute domestic/international programs.
Draft and negotiate prime and subcontract terms and conditions, teaming agreements, non‑disclosure agreements, and other contractual instruments.
Protect data rights and draft provisions in teaming and other business agreements.
Conduct investigations and interviews to support litigation or internal investigations as needed.
Apply general working knowledge of AI legal tools and address legal issues associated with AI in defense applications.
Maintain TS clearance throughout employment.
Travel internationally as required for contract negotiations and program support.
Remote Work
