GenAI-Fluent Business Process AnalystWe are looking for a GenAI-fluent Business Process Analyst to drive AI adoption across Sales Business Process Reengineering initiatives. This role blends business analysis, process optimization, and hands-on AI solution building (no-code/low-code). You will identify high-impact opportunities, design AI-driven workflows, and enable teams to adopt Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities1.
Process Discovery & MappingAnalyze and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processesConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user shadowing sessionsBuild process maps and user journey diagrams highlighting inefficienciesIdentify automation and GenAI intervention opportunitiesEvaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact2. AI Solution Design & DevelopmentDesign AI-powered workflows using prompt engineering and GenAI toolsBuild solutions using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms (no coding required)Develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, and workflow playbooksDefine integration approaches (APIs, data flows, system interactions)Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility3. Implementation & AdoptionManage and prioritize AI use case backlogLead User Acceptance Testing including test cases and validation criteriaDrive adoption and change management initiatives across teamsTrain business users to effectively leverage AI toolsMeasure productivity gains, time savings, and quality improvements4.
Stakeholder Collaboration & CommunicationPresent AI solutions, demos, and insights to leadershipFacilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and retrospectivesWork cross-functionally with Sales Ops, BPR, Product, and Engineering teamsSupport enterprise-level AI transformation initiativesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in: Business AnalysisProcess Design / OptimizationWorkflow AutomationStrong experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Reengineering (BPR)Hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design skillsGood understanding of: APIs and system integrationsData flows and enterprise architecture basicsExperience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
