Gastroenterologist – Inpatient / Part‑time (24 hours/week) – Day Schedule
Danbury Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, is seeking an inpatient gastroenterologist/hospitalist to join its Digestive Health Institute. The position follows a day schedule with no nights or weekends and includes hospital consults and rounding with no call responsibility.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $330,000 per year for 24 hours/week, including base salary plus incentives. The role offers a $45,000 sign‑on bonus/retention package, a relocation stipend, generous allowances for continuing medical education and dues, as well as comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible gastroenterologist with a strong interest in a collegial team.
