AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Functional Neurosurgeon to join their growing team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This unique opportunity offers a subspecialty focus within an established and collaborative neurosurgery group, providing access to state-of-the-art neuromodulation technology. The role involves treating complex neurological conditions with a patient-centered, team-based approach in a high-volume, high-tech setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) – Implantation of electrodes to modulate abnormal brain activity
• Perform Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) – Pain signal interruption via spinal electrode implantation
• Perform Vagal Nerve Stimulation (VNS) – Electrical stimulation to treat epilepsy and depression
• Perform Stereotactic Surgery – Precision targeting of brain/spinal cord using advanced imaging
• Perform Ablative Surgery – Targeted tissue removal for interrupting neurological dysfunction

Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary – Guaranteed salary with a productivity-based bonus model
• Salary: $700,000 - $800,000
