Pandora @ The Shops at Northfield. The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora fan, immersing themselves in our brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to Managers and Sales Associates to contribute to store success.
Responsibilities

- Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Go beyond targets and KPIs, setting new records and achieving success.
- Foster loyal connections beyond transactions and engage authentically with customers.
- Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and empower the team to achieve KPI goals.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated sense of care.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Excellent time management and prioritization; ability to delegate when appropriate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems.
- Minimum age 18 with ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
