Full Time Litigation Attorney

Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Opportunity - Mid-Size Law Firm - Miami, FL Compensation: $135,000 - $190,000 Base (based on experience) + additional attorney Fees

Requirements and Skills:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience

Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.

Superb negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work independently in an office environment

Team-oriented
