General Workshop ManagerAt Build-A-Bear, the General Workshop Manager is responsible for the flawless execution of the store experience for guests, associates, and store leadership. The ability to fully embrace our core values and standards while inspiring others is essential.Responsibilities:Serves as a role model leader, embodying the values and standards of the organizationRecruits, hires, promotes, and trains a high-performing store teamAccountable for the overall success of the store, including achieving financial goals, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding guest experiencesResponsible for the development and growth of their store teamEnsures a visually appealing and engaging store environment is consistently maintainedOversees all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Identifies and communicates any possible violations of company policies and procedures to the District Manager and/or Territory Manager immediately, for escalation to HR.
