Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated full-time, in-office, Florida Title Processor/Real Estate Paralegal, responsible for assisting with various administrative and legal tasks related to real estate transactions.
This includes conducting title searches, preparing legal documents, coordinating closings, and providing general support to attorneys and clients, for both commercial and residential real estate matters.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience as a Florida Real Estate Paralegal/Title ProcessorMust be familiar with the "as is" contractProficiency in drafting title documentsStrong knowledge of real estate laws and regulationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Qualia is a plusAssociate degree or higher in paralegal studies or a related field is preferredFirm Benefits:Paid HolidaysPaid VacationDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid ParkingThe pay rate for this position ranges from $25 to $30 per hour.
