Temporary Accountant – Reconciliation SpecialistSpecialized Recruiting Group is seeking a highly skilled temporary Accountant with strong experience in account reconciliations to assist with a specialized project for one of our clients in Denver. This role will primarily focus on reconciling grant-related accounts and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting who can take full ownership of the project, allowing the Controller to focus on other priorities.

Submit proposed adjustments to the Controller for review and approvalVerify the accuracy of balances for approximately 60 active grants, ensuring that all grant-related transactions are properly recorded and reconciled in the financial statementsAssist the Controller by taking full ownership of the reconciliation project, allowing them to focus on other critical tasks. This includes continuing and completing work already initiated by the Controller to ensure grant accounts are accurately reconciledQualifications:5+ years' experience with B.S.
