Full Charge BookkeeperWe are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting functions of a growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing the full bookkeeping cycle, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while partnering with management, vendors, customers, and external accounting professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management.Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts.Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and adjusting entries.Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure proper account coding.Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.Monitor accounts receivable aging, collections, and customer account balances.Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.Assist with payroll processing, payroll journal entries, and related reconciliations, as needed.Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax preparation by providing accurate financial documentation.Maintain organized accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.
