The Wolf’s Tailor is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven professionals to join our team in Denver.
The Wolf’s Tailor is a two Michelin-starred restaurant rooted in thoughtful hospitality, craftsmanship, sustainability, and a deep connection between food, place, and people. We are looking for someone who is excited by the details of fine dining while still bringing warmth, personality, and genuine care to every guest interaction.
This is a full-time position for someone with previous fine dining experience who is comfortable working within a highly collaborative, detail-oriented service environment.
Our style of service is polished but human. We value professionalism and technical knowledge, but equally value curiosity, humility, teamwork, and the ability to make guests feel comfortable and cared for.
What We’re Looking For- Previous experience at similar caliber restaurants
- Strong understanding of elevated table service and dining room standards
- Confidence communicating detailed food, beverage, and menu information
- Genuine interest in hospitality, food, wine, and restaurants
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the entire team
- Ability to remain composed, thoughtful, and engaged in a fast-paced service environment
- Full-time evening and weekend availability
Compensation: 19.29/hr + service charge and tips
